Service Description
This consultation is designed for homeowners, contractors and landscaping teams who want horticultural guidance before a project begins. During this pre-project evaluation, we provide: -Assessment of the project site to identify opportunities and challenges -Discussion of which plants to keep, remove, or monitor -Review of current plant health and maintenance needs -Guidance on soil, drainage, and site conditions -Quality control tips to ensure installations meet design expectations After the meeting, clients receive a Site Evaluation Report to support project planning and ensure clear next steps. This session is focused on project preparation, helping homeowners and contractors start efficiently and confidently. *Available for Vancouver and the North Shore Note: This service is strictly for contractors and project teams; it is not a homeowner consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Policy All consultations and garden coaching sessions are fixed-price services and are paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments require a minimum of 24 hours notice for rescheduling. Changes requested within 24 hours of the scheduled time may not be accommodated. Missed appointments or late cancellations are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, your payment may be applied to a new appointment time, provided adequate notice is given. All services are non-refundable once delivered. Any work beyond the scope of the booked consultation or coaching session will be quoted or billed separately. By booking, you agree to these terms.
